Air Force retired Col. James "Quincy" Collins stands by as the Army Golden Knights parachute team land at the Vietnam Veterans Homecoming Celebration at the Charlotte Motor Speedway March 31. Collins was held as a prisoner of war for seven and a half years after his aircraft was shot down over North Vietnam in 1965 and once shared a "cell" with Sen. John McCain.
