An Iraqi Ministry of Water Resources employee sets a PVC liner in place on the crest of Mosul Dam, in Mosul, Iraq, June 15, 2019. The PVC protects the clay core of the dam. The Mosul Dam Project started in 2016 headed by the Iraq Ministry of Water Resources, in an effort to stabilize the infrastructure of the Mosul dam.
