Royal Norwegian Air Force Col. Bjorn Gohn-Hellum, out-going commander, Heavy Airlift Wing, addresses the men and women of the HAW for the last time as commander during the HAW change of command ceremony in Papa, Hungary, June 27, 2019. U.S. Air Force Col. James Sparrow will assume command of the HAW. The HAW represents the operational arm of the Strategic Airlift Capability and is the world's first and only multinational C-17 Globemaster III wing.
