U.S. Air Force Col. James Sparrow, commander, Heavy Airlift Wing, gets recognized as the new wing commander as he assumes command of the HAW during the change of command ceremony in Papa, Hungary, June 27, 2019. Col. James Sparrow assumed command from Royal Norwegian Air Force Col. Bjorn Gohn-Hellum. The HAW represents the operational arm of the Strategic Airlift Capability and is the world's first and only multinational C-17 Globemaster III wing.
