Lt. Gen. Laura J. Richardson, incoming U.S. Army North commander, addresses the crowd during the change of command ceremony at Joint Base San Antonio-Fort Sam Houston, Texas, July 8, 2019. Richardson most recently served at U.S. Army Forces Command at Fort Bragg, North Carolina, where she was the deputy commanding general.
