U.S. Army Capt. Soniel Barbosa II, incoming Headquarters and Headquarters (HHC) commander, salutes Col. Mark P. Ott, the Task Force Sinai (TFS) commander, during a change of command ceremony at South Camp, Egypt, July 8, 2019. HHC supervises and provides logistical support for the Multinational Forces and Observers (MFO) in the Sinai Peninsula in accordance with the security arrangements contained in the Egyptian-Israeli Peace Treaty of March 26, 1979, and as specified in Memorandum of Understanding between the MFO and the U.S. Government. HHC, TFS Soldiers provide administrative, spiritual and legal support to all TFS Soldiers.
