From the Left, Italian Brig. Gen. Nicola Terzano, Col. Antonio Fantastico, and Col. Gluseppe Levato, enter the Kurdistan Training Coordination Center (KTCC) Change of Command ceremony in Erbil, Iraq, June 26, 2019. The KTCC is an 8-nation joint effort that manages the training of local security forces under a unified command structure. Command of the KTCC changed hands, as Fantastico handed the guidon off to his compatriot, Levato, at the KTCC headquarters. Coalition Forces are in Iraq at the invitation of the Government of Iraq to train and advise in support of the enduring mission to defeat Daesh.
