SANTA RITA, Guam (July 15, 2019) Explosive Ordnance Disposal Technician 3rd Class Blaise Bonin, assigned Explosive Ordnance Disposal Mobile Unit (EODMU) 5, observes as a member of the Guam U.S. Naval Sea Cadets sets off a controlled live-fire demolition training charge during a tour of Naval Base Guam’s EODMU-5 facility. EODMU-5 is assigned to Commander, Navy Expeditionary Forces Command Pacific, the primary expeditionary task force responsible for the planning and execution of coastal riverine operations, explosive ordnance disposal, diving engineering and construction, and underwater construction in the U.S. 7th Fleet area of operations.
