SANTA RITA, Guam (July 15, 2019) Explosive Ordnance Disposal Technician 2nd Class Christian Zahner, assigned Explosive Ordnance Disposal Mobile Unit (EODMU) 5, teaches a member of the Guam U.S. Naval Sea Cadets how to put on a buoyancy compensation device during a tour of Naval Base Guam’s EODMU-5 facility. EODMU-5 is assigned to Commander, Navy Expeditionary Forces Command Pacific, the primary expeditionary task force responsible for the planning and execution of coastal riverine operations, explosive ordnance disposal, diving engineering and construction, and underwater construction in the U.S. 7th Fleet area of operations.
