MANAMA, Bahrain (July 16, 2019) Officers and sailors from countries participating in International Maritime Exercise (IMX) 19 meet with representatives from the Naval War College to discuss the upcoming Senior Leadership Symposium, a part of IMX 19. IMX 19 is the world's most inclusive maritime exercise, designed to strengthen relationships, foster interoperability among supporting forces, and enhance maritime security operations, mine countermeasures (MCM), and maritime infrastructure capabilities in the U.S. 5th Fleet area of operations.
