Ryan Carey addresses the Sailors assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 5 during the change of command ceremony at Naval Base Ventura County Port Hueneme, California, July 12. During the ceremony, Carey relieved Cmdr. Omarr Tobias as commander, NMCB-5. The Seabees assigned to NMCB-5 support worldwide combat and contingency operations, building advanced bases and conducting humanitarian recovery missions.
