(June 11, 2019) Construction Mechanic 1st Class Jay Emmons, from Stanton, Michigan, assigned to Naval Construction Group 1, instructs Seabees on placement of material within the junction box that will provide power to several of the 240 24-volt charging reels for Civil Engineering Support Equipment (CESE).
