Soldiers of the 641st Regional Support Group participated in a military working dogs demonstration with Task Force K-9 at Al Asad Air Base, Iraq, Jun. 28, 2019. Soldiers had an opportunity to serve as spectators and suspected combatants in order to get the full experience and capabilities of the task force. The dogs along with their handlers support Operation Inherent Resolve by helping to safeguard military bases. The dogs are trained to detect even the tiniest amount of explosives or drugs and at the same time frighten an aggressor on command (U.S. Army Photo by Sgt. 1st Class Tracy Korff).
