The 3rd Infantry Division monument was moved to its new home at the Walk of Honor, an exhibit at the National Infantry Museum, Fort Benning Ga., April 11, 2012. The memorial was originally dedicated at Sacrifice Field, part of the old National Infantry Museum, in 1994. The monument was rededicated upon its arrival at the Walk of Honor.
