Brig. Gen Paul Benenati, commanding general of 451st Expeditionary Sustainment Command, address dignitaries and soldiers gathered for the unit’s activation ceremony, April 14, at McConnell Air Force Base here. The ceremony gave public recognition to the Army’s newest Sustainment command, which was activated in September and is scheduled to take command of more than 4,000 Army Reserve soldiers throughout the Midwest in October.
