Larry Hilton, an aircraft sheet metal mechanic for the T-38 Talon, repairs an outer-engine leaf April 19. The outer-engine leaf is primarily responsible for deflecting exhaust from the engine. Hilton's maintenance of critical pieces such as the outer-engine leaf is fundamental in the T-38's ability to operate.
