U.S. Army Staff Sgt. Dugan trains all U.S. Air Force personnel deploying from the U.S. Pacific Command to Afghanistan at his home station at Andersen Air Force Base. The bilateral training is part of BK12, the 28th iteration of an annual exercise that increases both countries’ ability to work together effectively and is part of a relationship deeply rooted in cooperation.
