U.S. Army Capt. Gavin Devries, who serves with the 351st Civil Affairs Command, plays soccer with students from the Seaqaqa District School in Seaqaqa, Fiji, Aug. 1, 2019. The 351st, were at the school to conduct civil health engagements to teach basic health principles and how to live a generally more healthy lifestyle.
