Command Sgt. Maj. TJ Holland speaks to post partum physical training instructors during a leadership development event on Fort Carson, Aug. 10.
Holland hosted sergeants major at the event in order to give them a better understanding of how the post partum program functions.
"It's great having senior leaders show up and ask questions," said one of the instructors, Sgt. 1st Class Doreen Fajota. "It helps to enforce the importance of the program and we can show (the leaders) how it works, and that the women are out here doing real physical training so we can build the support of command teams."
