4th Infantry Division Command Sgt. Maj. T.J. Holland speaks to a group of sergeants major assigned to the Ivy division after morning physical training on Fort Carson.
Holland instituted a leadership development program among senior leaders spread across the installation. The leaders began their morning by watching post-partum physical training and meeting with the participants and instructors.
"We're not here to poke anybody in the chest," Holland said. "This is an opportunity to get to know each other, to share experiences, and to learn from each other. I learn what right looks like by asking guys (like you) with a knife in the fight."
