(Aug. 9, 2019) Builder 2nd Class Matthew Tinsley, from Oscoda, Michigan, assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 3, measures plywood to construct flooring for a two-bedroom house being constructed in partnership with the Southwest Indian Foundation (SWIF).
