Boatswain’s Mate 2nd Class Henry Wells, assigned to guided-missile frigate USS Taylor (FFG-50), watches an SH-60B, assigned to the “Vipers” of Helicopter Anti-Submarine Squadron Light 48, Det. 9, deliver supplies during a replenishment-at-sea with Military Sealift Command fleet replenishment oiler USNS Rappahannock (T-AO 204). Taylor is assigned to commander, NATO Task Force 508 supporting Operation Ocean Shield, maritime interception operations and counter-piracy missions in the U.S. 5th Fleet area of responsibility. Rappahannock is assigned to Commander, Task Force 53, providing fuel and supplies to U.S. Navy and coalition ships in the U.S. 5th Fleet area of responsibility.
