A civilian mariner aboard Military Sealift Command fleet replenishment oiler USNS Rappahannock (T-AO 204) hooks supplies to an SH-60B Seahawk helicopter, assigned to the “Vipers” of Helicopter Anti-Submarine Squadron Light 48, Det. 9, during a replenishment-at-sea. Rappahannock is assigned to Commander, Task Force 53, providing fuel and supplies to U.S. Navy and coalition ships in the U.S. 5th Fleet area of responsibility.
