Brig. Gen. William D. Frink, Jr., commander, 311 Support Corps Command, observes Tongan Marines going through advanced medical training at Kuwait's Camp Bhuering, Sept. 11, 2007. Frink spoke with Brent Cloud, the medical simulations training instructor for the medical course about the performance of the 55 members of the Tongan Marines and 20 Soldiers from the Arkansas Army National Guard. Members of the Tongan Marines and Army National Guard personnel attended the medical training prior to moving onto Iraq to begin their tours of duty.
