VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. (Aug. 30, 2019) Sailors assigned to multiple commands conduct a passing of the flag ceremony at a retirement ceremony for Air Traffic Controller 1st Class Bruce Gomez and Air Traffic Controller 1st Class Bradford Gomez, held at the Carl Brashear Conference Center on Joint Expeditionary Base Little Creek-Fort Story.
