Command Sgt. Maj. Charles Uhrich, left, of Huntsville, Ala., and Lt. Col. Bobbi Riddle from Enterprise, Ala., command sergeant major and commander of the 1146th Personnel Services Battalion out of Montgomery, Ala., unfurl their unit flag in a transfer of authority ceremony at Logistics Support, Kuwait, Sept. 12. The 1146th PSB will replace the 556th PSB when the 556th returns home to Schofield Barracks, Hawaii. Both units deployed to Kuwait to support Third Army (Forward) and Operation Iraqi Freedom.
