(September 14, 2019) An Amphibious Construction Battalion One utility boat tow tug brings conduit to the beach for Offshore Petroleum Discharge System operations for the Arctic Expeditionary Capabilities Exercise (AECE). Approximately 3,000 U.S. Navy and Marine Corps personnel participate in AECE 2019, a joint training exercise that tests expeditionary logistical capabilities in the Arctic and Southern California regions and prepares joint forces to respond to crises across the Indo-Pacific.
