SEWARD, Alaska (September 17, 2019) – Secretary of the Navy (SECNAV) Richard V. Spencer answers questions from Sailors assigned to the amphibious dock landing ship USS Comstock (LSD 45) as part of Arctic Expeditionary Capabilities Exercise (AECE) 2019. Approximately 3,000 U.S. Navy and Marine Corps personnel participate in AECE 2019, a joint training exercise that tests expeditionary logistical capabilities in the Arctic region and prepares joint forces to respond to crises across the Indo-Pacific.
