Frank Azzarello, commanding officer of the Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS Forrest Sherman (DDG 98), climbs down a pilot's ladder into a rigid hull inflatable boat (RHIB) as part of small boat operations. Forrest Sherman is operating in the Atlantic in support of naval operations to maintain maritime stability and security in order to ensure access, deter aggression and defend U.S., allied and partner interests.
