VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. (Sept. 13, 2019) Chief Personnel Specialist Kenneth Colot, from Cebu City, Philippines, assigned to USS Gerald R. Ford’s (CVN 78) administration department, receives his anchors during Ford’s Chief Petty Officer pinning ceremony held at the Sandler Center for the Performing Arts.
