CAMP LEMONNIER, Djibouti - A Remotely Operated Vehicle (ROV) is submerged for a periodic water tank inspection on base, Sept. 18, 2019. The physical inspection assesses the interior and exterior condition of the tank, which sets a base line for subsequent inspections. Inspections are conducted every five years to record and document the deterioration of water tanks at naval installations.
