Members of the U.S. Forest Service set up an air compressor for the Modular Airborne Fire Fighting System at Peterson Air Force Base, Colo., April 20, 2012, as they participate in a certification and recurrent training exercise. MAFFS is a portable fire retardant system that can be installed on C-130 Hercules aircraft to convert them into air tankers.
