NEWPORT NEWS, Va. (Sept. 12, 2019) Rear Adm. Kenneth Epps, Deputy Chief of Staff for Fleet Ordnance and Supply/Fleet Supply Officer, U.S. Fleet Forces Command, receives a brief from Culinary Specialist 1st Class Charles Masten, from Philadelphia, assigned to USS Gerald R. Ford's (CVN 78) supply department, during a tour of Ford's main galley space. Epps visited Ford to see first-hand the progress the ship is making during its post-shakedown availability and to speak directly to Ford's Supply officers and Sailors.
