    U.S. Marine Cpl. Jahree Kerns, a crew chief with Assault Amphibious Vehicle (AAV) D Company, 4th Marine Regiment, 3rd Marine Division, guides members of the Malaysian Armed Forces (MAF) into an AAV before the start of exercise Tiger Strike 19 at Blue Beach, Malaysia, on Sept. 30, 2019. Utilizing AAVs, Marines disembarked the USS Green Bay (LPD-20), landed on Blue Beach, then brought back members of the Malaysian Armed Forces (MAF) aboard the vessel to participate in the opening ceremony for exercise Tiger Strike 19 and a tour of the ship. Tiger Strike 19 focuses on strengthening joint military interoperability and on increasing readiness by practicing for humanitarian assistance, disaster relief, amphibious and jungle warfare operations, all while fostering cultural exchanges between the MAF and the U.S. Navy, Marine Corps team.(U.S. Marine Corps photo by Cpl.
