Rear Adm. Scott Robertson, commander Naval Surface and Mine Warfighting Development Center (SMWDC), presented the Navy and Marine Corps Commendation Medal to LCDR Jeremy Blanchette, an Information Warfare (IW) Warfare Tactics Instructor (WTI), in recognition for his outstanding performance and dedication to duty while assigned to SMWDC Headquarters N2 branch from October 2016 to September 2019.
