Cmdr. Jeremy Blanchette, an Information Warfare (IW) Warfare Tactics Instructor (WTI), in recognition of Blanchette’s outstanding performance and dedication to duty while assigned to SMWDC Headquarters N2 branch from October 2016 to September 2019.
