Electronics Technician Chief Jean F. Micourt, a Recruit Division Commander at Officer Training Command (OTCN) induces stress to a student of Candidate School (OCS) class 04-20 during the Room, Locker and Personnel (RLP) inspection in Newport, Rhode Island on Oct. 17, 2019. Physical training is incorporated to increase their stress level. OCS develops civilians and fleet Sailors into newly commissioned officers morally, mentally, physically and imbue them with the highest ideals of honor, courage and commitment in order to prepare graduates for service in the fleet as Naval officers.
