Chief Master Sgt. Jeffrey Linton hands off the pink polo to Chief Master Sgt. Todd Houchens. It is High Roller tradition that the newest chief gets to display the "pink polo" on their wall until the next chief is promoted, when he then hands it off to the next newest chief. This pink polo signifies humility--teaching the brand new chief that you should always have humility.
