BUFFALO, N.Y. (Oct. 17, 2019) -- Buffalo, N.Y., native Rear Adm.Carl Lahti speaks with students at Niagara Wheatfield High School about his 30-plus year career in the Navy. Lahiti graduated from NWHS in 1985. He returned to the Buffalo area this week to meet with community members and discuss the importance of the Navy and how the nation’s prosperity is tied to the ability to operate freely on the world’s oceans.
