The recently unveiled 9/11 memorial of the 20th Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear, Explosives Command stands in front of the command's recently-opened headquarters on Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland, Oct. 18, 2019. The ribbon cutting for the headquarters and official unveiling of the memorial took place earlier that day, a mere two days after the 15th anniversary of the command’s creation.
