Composition C-4 explosives are prepared for a confidence charge during a demolition range training event, Oct. 17, 2019, at Fort Stewart, Georgia. The C-4 explosives are prepared by cutting a predetermined space into the plastic binding of the explosive, properly inserting detonation cord and sealing the opened space with military grade duct tape ensuring no spillage of material.
