SANTA RITA, Guam (Oct. 22, 2019) Capt. Richard E. Seif, chief of staff of Commander, Submarine Force, U.S. Pacific Fleet, greets Guam Gov. Lourdes Leon Guerrero during a scheduled brief at Commander, Submarine Squadron Fifteen. The brief was conducted as part of the Navy’s continuing program to coordinate with civil authorities and improve understanding of the Navy’s mission, operation, and crew training. CSS-15 is located at Polaris Point, Naval Base Guam, and consists of four forward-deployed Los Angeles-class fast attack submarines.
