SANTA RITA, Guam (Oct. 22, 2019) Capt. Tim Poe, Commander, Submarine Squadron Fifteen, and Guam Gov. Lourdes Leon Guerrero attend a scheduled brief at CSS-15. The brief was conducted as part of the Navy’s continuing program to coordinate with civil authorities and improve understanding of the Navy’s mission, operation, and crew training. CSS-15 is located at Polaris Point, Naval Base Guam, and consists of four forward-deployed Los Angeles-class fast attack submarines.
