    Students from Arthur W. Edwards elementary school meet “Sparky” the Fire Dog in Havelock, North Carolina, Sept. 10, 2019. Sparky is used by the Marine Corps Air Station Cherry Point Fire and Emergency Services to help teach kids to be fire safety conscious.
