    An emergency room doctor assigned to the 28th Combat Support Hospital receives information on a simulated patient before transporting him from a field litter ambulance to the emergency medical tent of the field hospital at Sierra Army Depot, California, during a United States Forces Command Medical Emergency Deployment Readiness Exercise, Oct. 26, 2019. These training scenarios, based on real battlefield situations, allowed the Soldiers to be trained to respond with required skillsets needed on the ground.
