An emergency room doctor assigned to the 28th Combat Support Hospital, completes a chest tube insertion in the emergency medical treatment room of the field hospital at Sierra Army Depot, California, during the United States Forces Command Medical Emergency Deployment Readiness Exercise (EDRE), Oct. 26, 2019.
