New cyberwarfare WO1 students of Limited Duty Officer/Chief Warrant Officer (LDO/CWO) Academy class 20010 at Officer Training Command, Newport (OTCN) in Rhode Island, get their Service Dress Blue uniforms inspected on Oct. 28, 2019. The WO1 insignia is two cross fouled anchors, worn on their covers instead of the traditional officer badge.
