Chief Warrant Officer Bruce R. Hendrix, the class officer assigned to the Limited Duty Officer/Chief Warrant Officer (LDO/CWO) Academy at Officer Training Command, Newport (OTCN) in Rhode Island, inspects the Service Dress Blue uniform worn by a new cyberwarfare WO1 student of LDO/CWO class 20010 on Oct. 28, 2019. The WO1 insignia is two cross fouled anchors, worn on their covers instead of the traditional officer badge.
