Que’Dale Phinazee, a medical laboratory sergeant assigned to the 586th Field Hospital, tests lab samples in the laboratory of the field hospital during the United States Forces Command Medical Emergency Deployment Readiness Exercise at Sierra Army Depot, California, Oct. 28, 2019. Medical Laboratory Soldiers played a crucial role during the exercise by collecting, processing and testing tissue, blood and the body fluids of patients.
