    Medical professionals assigned to subordinate units under the 531st Hospital Center are working on numerous simulated patients during a mass casualty scenario in the emergency medical tent of the field hospital at Sierra Army Depot, California, during a United States Forces Command Medical Emergency Deployment Readiness Exercise, Oct. 28, 2019. The realistic event gave Soldiers a chance to test their skills and knowledge in the event of a real mass casualty incident.
